FEE:   $20 for MTA membership (must have for certification)

Free to audit the clinic (no certification)

Must Bring Proof of Membership

Requirements: 14 years and up, no martial art rank is required

Bring: Note Pad and pen and download the MTA Referee handbook from the MTA website
